After the design process is finalized, and you have made selections. We measure the room that your cabinets will be going in. Often measurements need to be changed slightly to ensure that your custom cabinets will be a perfect fit. Using power CAD Software, we make the necessary changes to the sizes. Also at this time, we “optimize” the layout to make sure the cabinets will work with the appliances (if you’ve picked them out); to be sure there are no “flaws” or that anything was overlooked in the design process. Then we generate orders for any items needed to complete your cabinetry, for example, hinges, knobs, doors, and cabinet materials. The job is now ready to start it’s way through the shop...

All our cabinet face-frames are made from premium grade solid wood. Each peice is hand picked, and inspected for soundness, and defects, before it is cut on a specilized chop saw. We use a Tiger-Stop system to ensure that we get ultra accurate cuts, every time.

After all the parts have been cut to the required length, they are carefully assembled. We glue each and every joint, then reinforce them with a screw specially designed for this type of joint. After the faces are assembled, they are sanded in a wide-belt sander, and re-inspected to make sure each joint is sturdy.

After the Cabinet parts are cut and machined to their proper size and shape, they are thoroughly sanded. The parts are now ready to be assembled into a cabinet. Using the Face Frame Assembled in the last step, the parts are assembeled, and a cabinet begins to take shape. All the joints of the cabinet are glued, and fit snugly into dados (Grooves). To reinforce this already sturdy joint we use staples or brads for extreme holding power.
